Troy installed new springs back in the early 2000’s on our garage door and a new opener in 2006. On Sunday Feb. 16th a torsion spring broke when my wife was trying to leave on a ski trip. I was able to manually assist and open the door with the one remaining spring and left a message for Troy. I got a call on Monday morning at 8am saying he would have someone out that morning to install new springs. The new springs were installed, the door was adjusted and we agreed with the technician to install new nylon rollers. The bill for the work was very reasonable and the work as always from the Advance team was first rate. Wow! the door has never operated so smoothly and quietly. I do most home repair myself but leave torsion springs to those who do it everyday. If you need anything related to your garage door call Advance.
